Buenos Aires is the first city to use WhatsApp to identify cases of COVID
Buenos Aires’ citizens can now text a WhatsApp number and, after a series of questions, the chatbot evaluates whether they represent a suspicious case of COVID. The City increased its response capacity, with 50 messages being answered per second.
