Sum studio promotes the benefits of biodesign with 'Xylinum mask' created out of bacterial cellulose

Bio-designers Garrett Benisch and Elizabeth Bridges created a face mask out of bacterial cellulose called xylinum acetobacter. According to them, anyone can grow the bacteria with a few simple ingredients in the kitchen, using water, tea, sugar, and a small bacterial sample of xylinum acetobacter.
