Boston Dynamics' robot dog helps doctors treat COVID-19 patients in the US with less exposure to the virus
The mobile four-legged bot with a mounted iPad can now protect frontline healthcare workers by minimising their exposure to the contagious virus while enabling doctors to remotely walk around and talk to patients. The robot is especially helpful when there is a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
